Not finished yet

Just during my daily reading, i found this (a moment ago otherwise i would have posted it before) i just love babies breath!!!! i don't know why i haven't seen it sooner. I have already put the call into the florist for the ceremony. I have also found another blog which i am loving. www.theknot.com/commuinty/blog i know a lot of you will know The Knot.com but they also have a wedding obsession blog, it's full of amazing ideas.

Okay so i may have offended some readers with my last post...........It was a total accident and it didn't come out the way it seems.I love the dresses the girls got, even though it wasn't my first choice, they are the dresses that suited the girls and i think they look beautiful. I want everyone to know that my bridesmaids all of them are the most beautiful girls, especially my soon to be sisters! They have stood up and supported me, beyond the call of duty and i am so blessed to have them in my life. I love you girls, despite our differences.

I am back to work this week, after  2 weeks off with quite a bad knee injury. I am easing into it but moving into a different roll at work (yay the direction i wanted to go, and super excited about it), So all this week i am going to be in training.

So this week i am going to go for a trial spray tan, just to prove to Nick that i won't be a cheezle for the day. i personally blame Sophie Monk and Paris Hilton for this stereotype!!

Anyway i have said all i need to say......for now:)

A long time in between

It has been a while....and theres not too many of you to miss me, but here i am!

It is now 72 days till the big day, and i could not be more excited. With so much still to do i.e: Invites, engagement shoot, boys suits, dress alterations,  wedding favours and so much more, me needing surgery on my knee is the last thing i kneaded (geddit?)

Thanks to an amazing workplace, and my new macbook, and daily readings of a lot of wedding blogs, its being done at home.

Since i last posted a lot has happened. Such as me having to say goodbye to my best friend as maid of honour (her huge work commitments and our growing older and apart). The implementation of my 2 favourite girls in the world in her place. Since we had already bought 3 BM dresses that were on sale and discontinued, i have decided to have mismatched BM dresses!

My original dresses are just tea length black party dresses (not my choice......eh). The new ones are going to be completely different, so here are a few of my faves:

The last one is the front runner for me atm but.......we'll see how everyone feels in them, And what the other BM's think about them.

My day of beautiful things

Today (despite its rough start) i am looking at life for what it is.......beautiful. Even this morning i went with my mother in law (to be) to pick up my things from my workplace (ex) and stopped to pay deposit on wedding flowers and grab a coffee. As we walked past a bakery i could smell the fresh bread and i just thought to myself i am so lucky. I have a beautiful life and the world is amazing.

 So i have been taking photo's of some beautiful things.

Well i lost 7 and a half inches from my body since i bought the dress!! YAYAY

Any-who i picked up the dress on Friday and it is amazing.....i can show you a picture if you leave your email in the comments (the future hubby reads this and we don't want him seeing it).

On a sadder note.....i got fired last night......via Text message!!! with no warnings........ and nothing but praise for my work so far.

I am a tad confused as you can imagine..

The day I nearly wet my pants

Today is the day.......I pick up my wedding dress!!!!!!! Soooooo amazingly excites you have no idea! I still have to have alterations etc but its here. For those of you who don't know, it's called Honour by Henry Roth (the only photos of it on the web are in silver and I bought ivory).

Ideas for centerpieces

So i have been umming and arring over teacups with flowers as centerpieces and are they too small for a table of ten so i have found a way to raise them up that is totally glam........BOOKS! vintage books! very eclectic and i am obsessed with reading, tell me what you think. (thanks to www.theknot.com.au for the idea and www.oncewed.com for the photo)

I am back to work today after a day off with food poisoning (turns out im not lactose intolerant) a bit of  hypochondria....eep. But one way to make you  feel better? Borders having a sale on photo frames and cushions so i went a bit nuts on the way home from the doctor (and in between throwing up).  Have posted images below because i love them so much :)
